Description
Sashiko is a traditional Japanese hand-stitching technique that uses simple running stitches to create decorative and functional patterns. Historically and today, people have often used sashiko for mending clothing and other textiles.
This high-quality thread is perfect for sashiko handwork, quilting, and embroidery. While the thread is similar in size to size 8 Pearl Cotton, sashiko lacks the visible twist of Pearl Cotton.
