Don't worry if you're new to sewing; our class is designed to be beginner-friendly, making it easy for you to learn and create something beautiful. You'll be amazed at what you can accomplish, even if you're just starting out with a sewing machine. All you need is a basic understanding of the craft!
In just one evening, you'll be able to stitch together the Completer, a simple yet elegant garment that adds that finishing touch to any outfit. Pair it with jeans and a tee for a night out. The Completer is versatile and suitable for various occasions. Featuring wide sleeves, a rounded front, and the perfect length to cover your 'assets,' it's both stylish and functional.

Required materials:

fabric - 3 yds of 44" wide fabric or 2 yds of 50" wide fabric (or wider). Be sure to buy extra if you want a longer version.
- coordinating thread (if desired, the studio will provide suitable neutrals)
Recommended fabric:
- Lightweight woven fabric with good drape such as rayon, linen/linen blends, cotton lawn, chiffon. Quilt-weight cotton is not suitable for this project. We have some beautiful rayons and linen rayon blends that work great for this project. Our staff is always available to help you make fabric selections!
Class Requirements:
Participants must complete the Beginner Workshop (or know how to thread and use a sewing machine) prior to starting this course. This class is appropriate for Skill Level 2 and above.
SKILL LEVEL 2 - ADVANCED BEGINNER
Level 2 Classes are designed for stitchers who have basic sewing experienced and have practiced within the last year. You know how to use and thread a sewing machine and bobbin on your own. You know how to sew a simple seam and are familiar with terminology such as “right sides together” and “seam allowance”. If you have previously taken a workshop with Made Stitch Co, you will be ready for this level.
